What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank cards (Visa, Mastercard, CB), as well as major secure payment methods. Payment in installments may be offered depending on the amount.

What are the delivery times?

Allow 1 to 3 business days for preparation, then 5 to 15 business days for transport depending on the product. Bulky items (spas, large structures, cabins) are shipped via specialized transport.

Are your products delivered with a blower / pump?

Most of our continuous air inflatable structures are delivered with their blower; captive air items (buoys, mattresses, pools) are inflated with a pump. The information is available on each product page. You can also find our blowers, pumps and accessories.

Are your inflatable games safe and compliant?

Our games and structures for children are designed in compliance with safety requirements (European standard EN 14960 for inflatable play equipment). Adult supervision and proper anchoring remain essential.

Do you offer rates for professionals and renters?

How to maintain an inflatable product?

Clean with mild soapy water, dry completely before storing, store away from sunlight and humidity. A repair kit can be used to treat small perforations.

Can I return an item?
